A leader of men must be first of all practical, even minded, sure footed and mindful of the led peoples’ circumstances and needs. He or she must secondly, be aware of their aspirations, how they see themselves in the future and help them to chart their way there!
This blog strives to be both practical and aspirational. This is designed to blend the current demands of servant leadership with the visionary aspect of leading from the front.
This blog will discuss business and politics and religion and all things close to your heart, it will aspire to put forth solutions and ways forward without being preachy. And the solutions will be put forward by our contributors as well as our posters and you will get to vote for the most practical and likely solutions.
We will provide a deal with each post, a giveaway to make your life better and just that much easier. We will provide further ways for you to take action on each post. We will allow you to share the posts on your social media platforms and invite other Africans and human beings as a whole to become part of the solution.
We need to develop home grown and home bred solutions. We can start at this level by creating home grown content. There are less than 300000 pages on the web with Kenyan content. Most of these are created by foreigners looking in. This blog aims to be a first strike in terms of creating home grown content online.
We cannot depend on big government or the almighty donor to solve all our issues. Some issues we must sort out in house first before looking out for aid.
Let us make our voices heard, let us create our own self aid solutions, who knows, we might just stumble upon some nuggets of truth and find a fulfilling life along the way.
Anywhere you see a successful business making money you will not see all the blood, sweat and tears that went into the business. Unless you inherit or buy such a business, you have to go through the stages of starting a business.
